Natural Transitions

What is a natural transition? What are the three different techniques that this video mentions? What would each of them add to a scene?

Natural transitions are those transitions that are not too obvious and the shoots that are cut being combined with the other looking like a similar place to move it to the other scenario. To the extend that we don't see any cuts just a change of scenario. Some examples that are presented in the video are when a film outside is gonna move to the other scenario recording up to the sky slowly and having another piece of sky from the other place to make it natural.
